Contracts Manager (m/f), Parbhani in Parbhani, Maharashtra

Your tasks:
- Review contracts to manage risk and ensure the company is capable of meeting obligations
- Draft new agreements and addendums, prepare and manage various types of contractual documents as needed for a variety of business purposes
- Manage renewals and amendments to existing vendor agreements
- Create or update and maintain forms, templates and other materials used to manage and document the company’s agreements, and used as drafting/negotiation tools
- Persuasively advocate for and effectively represent the company and its positions to third parties
- Communicate contractual and business risks to senior/executive management for approval
- Draft, negotiate and manage agreements based on existing templates including non-disclosure agreements, confidentiality agreements, master services  agreements, statements of work, schedules and exhibits
- Draft and negotiate agreements and other documents such as client contracts, amendments, schedules, nondisclosure agreements and other standard legal documents such as forms and customer account applications
- Act as subject matter expert providing contractual and business advice relating to contract terms and conditions

- Strong communication skills – written and verbal, strong interpersonal skills and client relationship
- Professional services such asengineering or design services, consulting, HR services, strongly preferred
- Strong PC skills, competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project
- 1-2 years experience considered in lieu of total number years experience
