Administrative Secretary (m/f), Parbhani in Parbhani, Maharashtra
Your tasks:
- Manage a busy calendar, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings
- Prepare executive expense reports on a monthly basis
- Organize all domestic and international travel needs and prepare complex travel itineraries
- Review and summarize miscellaneous documents and deliver timely reports and summaries on a wide range of topics
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and in a timely manner
- Provide operational and logistical support to the Chief Executive Officer
- Provide requested support to other members of the team
- Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems
Your skills:
- 3+ years experience supporting executive level management
- Great attention to detail
- Native or near-native fluency in English
